Tomb of Sultan Hasanuddin
Tomb of Sultan Hasanuddin is a historical tourist attraction located in the cemetery
of the kings of Gowa in Somba Opu Katangka Gowa in South
Sulawesi. Buried in the
same place anyway Sultan Alauddin (Raja
Islam that developed first in the Kingdom of
Gowa) and the
left front of the tomb complex,

Sultan Hasanuddin (born in Makassar, South

and Indonesian national
hero born with the first name Mohammed
Bakir Mallombasi Daeng
Mattawang Karaeng Bonto Mangepe. After
converting to Islam, he received the title of Sultan Hasanuddin additional Tumenanga
Pangkana Ri Balla,
only known as Sultan Hasanuddin alone. Because

was buried in Katangka, Makassar.
Sultan Hasanuddin was the second son of
Sultan Malikussaid, King of Gowa-15.
Sultan Hasanuddin of Gowa reign, when

to break through the strongest
fortress Citadel Sombaopu Gowa ie on June 12, 1669. Sultan Hasanuddin
later resigned from the throne and died on
June 12, 1670.

in 1652, resigned in 1668 and died on
